Clinical presentation
- Nail growth arrest
- Proximal subacute paronychia
- Xanthonychia
- Granulation tissue at the base of the nail
- Subungueal inflammatory exudate
- Onycholysis
- Proximal lifting of the nails stacked on top of each other, causing the distal part of the original nail to lower and contributing to the bulbous appearance of the fingertip
Diagnóstico
- Ecografia: existem critérios definidos (distância unha-falange)
