Epidemiology
- Patients over age 70
- More common in darker skin types
- Related to chronic UV exposure
Clinical presentation
- Asymptomatic sharply marginateds porcelain-white macules in sun-exposed areas
- Favor the extensor forearmes and pretibial lower extremities
Treatment
- Single session of cryotherapy (5 seconds) → can lead to repigmentation
