  • Diagnóstico
    • Ferritina
    • Estudo genético - Pesquisa das mutações H63D, S65C e C282Y no gene HFE
 
Tratamento
  • Flebotomia se overload de ferro (ferritina >600)
    • Pedir colaboração à imunohemoterapia para realizar
    • Se hemocromatose, o target da ferritina é <90 (Prof MG)
