- Face, neck and arms
- Papule or small plaque, smooth or very slightly keratotic
- 5-10mm
- Isolated
- Often mistaken for seborrheic keratosis
Histology
- Agregaçao das fibras elásticas
- Massive, solid, strands of clear infundibular cells, fused together and connected by multiple small tongues to the epidermis, which thus appears to be lined on its deep side by a thick tumor layer of palisade cells, itself bordered by a thick layer of orceinophilic elastic fibers
Multiple infundibulomas = infundibulomatosis
- Associated with Cowden syndrome
