  • Ectopic free sebaceous glands, without sattelite follicles

  • clinically corresponding to small yellow spots
 
Distribution
  • Lips (especially the upper lip)
  • Inner cheeks,
  • Hairless areas of the external genitalia (clitoris, labia minora, foreskin)
  • Edges of the anus
 
Glândulas sebáceas ectópicas livres (exceção)
  • Vermilion dos lábios → fordyce spots or granules
  • Labia minora and prepuce → Tyson glands
  • Aréola - Montgomery tubercles
  • Pálpebras → meibomian glands
