  • AKA PPK with knockle pads, leukonychia and deafness
  • AD
  • Defect in GJB2 (connexin 26) gene
  • Diffuse PPK in childhood, knuckle pads (hyperkeratosis) over MCP/DIP joints
  • Leukonychia that often improves with age
