- Present with keratotic papules with central keratotic core
- Mimick prurigo nodules - only biopsy can truly distinguish
- Can also be seen in patients with diabetes mellitus and internal organ malignancy
- For patients with kidney disease, most likely location of the papules is on the legs
- May have Koebner
