- Superficial and deep yellow-brown papules, sparing flexors, leonine facies
- No mucosal or visceral involvement
- Pathology
- Superficial lesions have foamy macrophages
- Deep lesions have spindled histiocytes
- Lesions progress, recalcitrant to surgical and medical therapy
