- Congenital self-healing reticulohistiocytosis
- Birth and early post-natal presentation
- Firm painless red-brown nodules
- Head/neck > trunk/extremities
- 25% cases solitary
- Crust and involute after several weeks, some dyspigmentation
- Systemic workup necessary, lesions can resemble other LCH, diagnosis of exclusion
