  • Birth and early post-natal presentation
  • Firm painless red-brown nodules
    • Head/neck > trunk/extremities
    • 25% cases solitary
  • Crust and involute after several weeks, some dyspigmentation
  • Systemic workup necessary, lesions can resemble other LCH, diagnosis of exclusion
