Granuloma Annulare (GA)
- Children and adults, usually <30yo onset
- Small grouped papules with annular configuration, often extremities

- Localized

- disseminatged miliary form (micropapular)

- subcutaneous
- Eruptive forms, occurring in the context of HIV infection or lymphomas
- Photosensitive forms
- O’Briens’s actinic granuloma (controversial if is part of granuloma annulare group)
- Rare association with lymphoma and Diabetes mellitus
- Pathology
- Infiltrating or palisading granulomas with focal degeneration of collagen (necrobiosis) and elastin, mucin deposition, giant cells
